What a year it’s been for innovation at Peachy Mondays
Peachy Mondays is evolving as a people intelligence, behaviour change and impact measurement platform. Powered by the People Science Engine™ and Momentum™, we’re helping HR teams, L&D leaders and partners move beyond employee listening to measure what changed, demonstrate value and drive continuous improvement. Read on to discover what’s changed – and what’s coming next.
If the last twelve months have taught us anything, it’s this:
Organisations aren’t short of data. They’re short of clarity.
They’re looking for faster answers to complex questions:
- What’s really driving engagement?
- Where should we focus our efforts?
- Which interventions are making a difference?
- How do we demonstrate value to senior leadership?
- What should we invest in next?
At Peachy Mondays, we’ve spent the past year reimagining how employee feedback, people analytics, learning and AI can work together to answer those questions.
The result has been the most significant period of innovation in our company’s history.
As a global HR analyst put it during a recent analyst briefing:
“My God… you really are putting the foot down on the accelerator around the solution.”
And he’s right.
We’ve been building.
A lot.
From Surveys to Strategic Intelligence
Peachy Mondays has always helped organisations listen better, act faster and drive engagement and effectiveness.
But over the last year we’ve become increasingly focused on a bigger challenge:
How do we transform feedback into strategic decision-making?
Rather than simply reporting results, we’ve been investing heavily in helping organisations understand:
- The story behind the data
- The relationships between different metrics
- Root causes and contributing factors
- Likely outcomes of intervention strategies
- The potential return on investment of action plans
This thinking has influenced every innovation we’ve launched.
Introducing the People Science Engine™
The most significant change has happened behind the scenes.
Over the last year we’ve undertaken a bottom-up redesign of our analytics workflow, culminating in the launch of the People Science Engine™. The new approach is designed to capture organisational context, hierarchy information, trend data and benchmark comparisons while intelligently combining quantitative and qualitative feedback into tailored narratives and recommendations.
The objective wasn’t simply to add AI.
It was to create better intelligence.
The People Science Engine™ helps organisations move beyond “What are the scores?” and towards more valuable questions:
- What’s the story?
- What are the golden threads?
- What strategic actions should we focus on?
- Where should we start?
- What risks should we address first?
- What strengths should we build upon?
By incorporating organisational context and multiple analytical “lenses”, the platform can surface successes, bright spots, critical risks and potential root causes in a way that is relevant to each client’s unique situation.
This innovation will underpin many of the next-generation capabilities we launch over the coming years.
Automated Executive Insight Engineering
One challenge we’ve seen repeatedly is that busy executives don’t need more dashboards.
They need clearer decisions.
This led us to invest heavily in what we’ve internally described as Automated Executive Insight Engineering—research and development focused on transforming large volumes of feedback data into meaningful executive-level intelligence. The initiative forms one of the major innovation projects within our current R&D programme.
The goal is simple:
Turn complexity into clarity.
Help leaders understand not only what is happening, but what they should do next.
We’ll share more about this journey in a dedicated future blog.
Momentum: Measuring What Happens After Learning
Another major area of investment has focused on Learning & Development.
For years, organisations have been able to measure attendance, completion and participant satisfaction.
Far fewer have been able to measure:
- Behaviour change
- Application of learning
- Leadership improvement
- Team outcomes
- Business impact
That’s why we’ve been developing Peachy Mondays Momentum™, a new reinforcement and measurement framework designed to connect learning interventions with observable workplace outcomes. Momentum incorporates pre-learning and post-learning measurement, action-focused dashboards and outcome tracking designed to help organisations understand what changed after a learning programme concludes.
The principle is straightforward:
Learning should be applied in real work, not simply understood in the classroom.
Momentum helps organisations move from:
L&D spend → Organisational investment
And from:
Activity metrics → Outcome measurement
We believe the market is entering a period where demonstrating impact will become increasingly important for organisations, learning providers and consultancies alike.
Momentum for Psychometrics and Behaviour Change
One particularly exciting area of innovation has been the extension of Momentum into psychometric and behavioural development.
Over the past year we’ve developed concepts including:
- Momentum™ for Psychometrics
- Momentum™ for DISC
- Momentum™ for Core Values
These solutions are designed to help organisations sustain learning beyond workshops through personalised reinforcement, behaviour tracking and outcome measurement. Internal development work has focused on personal, team, manager and executive dashboards that help keep development alive long after an event has finished.
The ambition isn’t to replace powerful learning experiences. It’s to help organisations maximise their value.
Building for Partnerships
Perhaps the biggest shift over the last year has been strategic rather than technical. We’re increasingly focused on enabling partners to deliver greater value to their clients.
As noted in our recent company update, we’ve been actively developing relationships with consultancies, specialist providers and channel partners while preparing new intellectual property launches around the People Science Engine and Momentum product family.
We believe the future belongs to organisations that can combine:
- Listening
- Analytics
- Behavioural science
- Learning
- AI
- Continuous improvement
into a coherent and measurable journey.
Looking Ahead
There’s still a great deal to come. “Momentum™ for Transformation” anyone?
The innovations we’ve launched over the last year are only the beginning.
Over the coming months we’ll be publishing a series of deeper-dive articles covering:
- The vision behind the People Science Engine™
- How Momentum™ measures learning impact
- Behaviour-change reinforcement at scale
- AI-assisted people analytics
- New partner opportunities and use cases
- The future of evidence-based employee experience
As a leading analyst commented during a recent conversation:
“I think it’s amazing what you do, what you create.”
That’s encouraging feedback.
But what excites us most isn’t what we’ve already built.
It’s what these innovations will enable our clients and partners to achieve next.
Because ultimately, our mission hasn’t changed.
Listen Better. Act Faster. Drive Engagement & Effectiveness.
The difference is that now we’re giving organisations more intelligence, more evidence and more confidence than ever before.
